Any organization in the United States or Canada that applies for grants, from charities and community groups to social enterprises and startups. If finding funding or writing applications takes up too much of your time, TwoBirds does that work for you.

TwoBirds searches over 100,000 funding sources across the United States and Canada, including federal grants, state and provincial grants, and grants from private foundations. You see the grants that are open to organizations like yours, where you’re located.

Searching grant databases takes hours, and most of what you find won’t fit. TwoBirds checks each grant against your organization, including where you’re based, what kind of organization you are, what the grant pays for, and when it’s due. You only see the ones worth your time, with the best matches first.

No. TwoBirds reads what each funder asks for, asks you a few questions about your organization, and writes the application. You review it and change anything you like.

It takes four steps:

1. Tell us about your organization and what you need funding for.
2. TwoBirds finds the grants that fit and explains why each one is a good match.
3. Pick a grant, and TwoBirds writes the application.
4. Review it, make any changes, and send it to the funder.

Yes, on the Writer and Pro plans. TwoBirds writes each document the funder asks for, such as the project description and the budget explanation, using what you’ve told us about your organization. You can add your own files, like past applications or reports, to make it more specific, and edit anything before you send it.

No, you stay in control of what gets sent. When your application is ready, download it as a Word or PDF file and submit it on the funder’s website. TwoBirds gives you a checklist so nothing gets missed.

Yes. TwoBirds keeps checking for newly published grants and adds the ones that fit, so you don’t miss new opportunities.

No one can promise that, because the funder makes the final decision. TwoBirds helps you find the grants you have a real chance at and send complete, well-written applications.

There are three monthly plans, in US dollars:

• Prospector, $55/month: find unlimited grants for up to 5 projects and see exactly what each application requires.
• Writer, $130/month: everything in Prospector, and TwoBirds writes up to 20 applications a month.
• Pro, $245/month: unlimited applications, up to 20 projects, and priority support.

You’re covered by our 14-day match guarantee. If TwoBirds doesn’t find any grant that matches your organization in the first 14 days of your first subscription, email support@twobirdsinc.ca within those 14 days and we’ll refund that first payment in full. The Terms of service have the details.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing support@twobirdsinc.ca. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

We use your information only to find grants and write your applications, and we never sell it. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. The Privacy policy has the details.
